April 21, 2023 – Crete Mechanical Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Dominic Holmes to Vice President of Service Operations.
Dominic joined Crete in January 2022 as Director of Service Operations. He has demonstrated excellence and high performance throughout his career with Crete, skillfully executing growth strategies within our business. He is a trusted partner within our group, recognized for his responsiveness, knowledge, and integrity.
In addition to recognizing the valuable contributions Dominic has made to our organization, his promotion also serves as an investment in the future of service operations within the Crete network. Dominic’s demonstrated skills and expertise in this new role will fulfill our commitment to building a strong service department within our group.
Dominic has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of service within the MEP and Facilities Maintenance industries. Beginning his career as an apprentice electrician, Dominic broadened his expertise to the HVAC service industry as a service technician, eventually reaching the level of Vice President of Operations for an international Facilities Maintenance Organization. Dominic has held senior management positions with national and international service organizations. Before joining Crete, he managed a sales team for an HVAC distributor based in the Midwest.
Dominic earned a B.S. in Business Management from the UOP.
